Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- ability to make prompt and sound decisions to resolve customer issues
- comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- capable of meeting daily sales goals
- responsible for acquiring new customers through credit accounts and loyalty program promotion
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
- ability to use computers and handheld technology required for job functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or retail environment beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with electronic devices and transaction systems
- ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism
- supporting Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions
- processing merchandise returns efficiently
- maintaining organized and clean At Your Service areas
- delivering personalized customer service and fostering relationships
- assisting with order pickups and curbside deliveries
- promoting Macy's Loyalty program and achieving sales goals
