Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- ability to read and follow employment policies and safety procedures
- capable of making prompt and sound decisions to resolve customer issues
- comfortable working independently and in team settings
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch and climb ladders
- visual acuity including close vision and color perception
- adeptness with computers and handheld equipment for transaction processing

- prior experience in retail or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- greet and engage customers with genuine hospitality
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store transactions
- manage merchandise returns and order pickups efficiently
- maintain the organization and cleanliness of service areas
- meet daily sales goal challenges
- promote Macy's loyalty programs and open credit accounts
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent customer service
