Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Capability to make prompt and sound decisions to resolve customer issues
- Comfortable with using technology and electronic devices
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and assist with total store fulfillment including Buy Online Pickup In Store
- Maintain a clean and organized At Your Service area ensuring timely completion of order pickups and returns
- Use all necessary systems proficiently to complete transactions and support customer needs
- Share Macy’s Loyalty program benefits and encourage credit account openings
- Collaborate with team members to support one another and deliver excellent customer service
- Stay informed on sales goals, product arrivals, trends, and promotions to confidently engage customers
- Ensure the shopping space is welcoming by recovering merchandise and maintaining order
