Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to make prompt, sound decisions to resolve customer issues
- Comfort with electronic devices and cash register usage
- Ability to meet daily sales goals
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 lbs
- Capacity to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic devices and transaction systems

- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Support all At Your Service activities including BOPS, merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Maintain an organized and clean service area
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- Assist with store fulfillment including online order processing and curbside delivery
- Meet daily sales goals and promote loyalty program benefits
- Collaborate and support teammates to enhance customer service
- Monitor and maintain product availability in the pickup and return areas
