Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and employment policies in English
- Ability to make prompt, sound decisions to resolve customer issues
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating with customers and colleagues
- Ability to meet daily sales goals and promote credit accounts and loyalty benefits
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Capability to perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
- Ability to use computers and handheld technology effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with technology including handheld devices and cash register systems
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store and merchandise returns
- Process transactions accurately using store systems and registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the At Your Service area and surrounding store environment
- Meet and exceed daily sales goals including promoting the Loyalty program and opening credit accounts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations
- Manage the timely completion and curbside delivery of online orders
- Engage customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
