Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome customers with genuine hospitality
  • Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting pickup and return area
  • Achieve daily sales goals and promote loyalty program benefits
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Support store events and promotions by staying informed about trends and merchandise
