Job Duties
- greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in personal conversations
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- maintain an organized and clean service area to enhance the shopping experience
- meet daily sales goals and promote Macy's loyalty program benefits
- support team members through honesty, care, and collaboration
- recover merchandise and manage curbside delivery processes
- utilize electronic systems proficiently to complete customer transactions
