Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
- proficiency with electronic devices and point of sale systems

- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet customers and teammates warmly while setting a positive example
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- maintain an organized and clean service area
- ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- engage customers in personal conversations to build lasting relationships
- share loyalty program benefits and promote credit accounts
- support team collaboration and continuous improvement
