Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Capability to read and follow employment policies and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs and perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching tasks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with point of sale systems and electronic devices
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

- Problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in personal conversations
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) order pickups and merchandise returns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area and pickup/return zones
- Use retail systems proficiently to complete transactions and facilitate smooth customer service
- Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and assist customers in opening credit accounts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and support store operations
