Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- Ability to make prompt, sound decisions in real time
- Comfortable with electronic devices and technology
- Physically able to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
- Possess close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Proven ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
- Team player with flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build personal relationships
- Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Use all required systems proficiently to complete transactions and ensure an organized collection area
- Maintain a clean, shoppable space including the pickup and return areas
- Share loyalty program benefits and assist customers with credit accounts
- Meet daily sales goals and contribute to team success
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive, service-oriented work environment
