Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable using electronic devices and retail technology
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and genuine hospitality
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with genuine hospitality
- Manage Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders including pickups and curbside delivery
- Process merchandise returns efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming At Your Service area
- Utilize retail systems to complete transactions and support total store fulfillment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and improve customer experience
- Share loyalty program benefits and open credit accounts to acquire new customers
