Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
  • Capacity to make prompt, sound decisions in real time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication abilities with customers and team members
  • Comfortable using electronic devices and retail technology
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and genuine hospitality

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers with genuine hospitality
  • Manage Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders including pickups and curbside delivery
  • Process merchandise returns efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming At Your Service area
  • Utilize retail systems to complete transactions and support total store fulfillment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and improve customer experience
  • Share loyalty program benefits and open credit accounts to acquire new customers
