Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- assist customers with buy online pickup in store (BOPS) and merchandise returns
- maintain organized and clean pickup and return areas
- process transactions accurately using all necessary systems
- complete curbside delivery orders in a timely manner
- promote loyalty program benefits and assist customers in opening credit accounts
- collaborate with teammates to support store goals and maintain positive environment
