Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders, merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area and shopping space
- Use point of sale and other systems to complete transactions efficiently
- Promote and explain loyalty program benefits to customers
- Meet daily sales goals and contribute to team performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to support excellent customer service and store operations
