Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills to understand and interact with customers and coworkers
- ability to read and comprehend employment policies and safety procedures in English
- prompt decision-making skills to address customer needs
- proficiency in handling electronic devices and payment systems
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25 pounds, and perform tasks requiring reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities including order pickups and curbside delivery
- process merchandise returns accurately and efficiently
- maintain an organized, clean, and inviting service area
- achieve daily sales goals by promoting loyalty programs and acquiring new customers
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth total store fulfillment
- handle electronic devices and transaction systems proficiently
