- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and other order pickups
- Process merchandise returns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the At Your Service area
- Meet daily sales goals and promote Macy's loyalty programs
- Use Macy's systems proficiently to complete transactions
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations
