Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized hospitality
- Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping and pickup area
- Meet daily sales goals and promote Macy's loyalty program benefits
- Collaborate with teammates to provide excellent customer service and support
- Manage electronic devices and retail technology required for transactions
- Recover merchandise and assist in curbside delivery when applicable
