Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities, including processing pickups and returns
- maintain an organized and clean At Your Service area
- accurately operate point-of-sale systems and complete transactions efficiently
- promote Macy's loyalty program benefits and assist customers with enrollment
- collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and store objectives
- ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment
