Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and customer order pickups
- Handle merchandise returns efficiently while maintaining organized service areas
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping and service space
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and store performance targets
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
- Uphold Macy's service standards and contribute positively to the team environment
