Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities including order pickup and curbside delivery
- manage merchandise returns and ensure return areas are organized
- maintain a clean, shoppable space by recovering merchandise and organizing pickup areas
- meet daily sales goals and promote loyalty program benefits
- use technological systems to complete transactions accurately
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support
