Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and coworkers
- Ability to read and understand policies, safety rules, and procedures
- Ability to make prompt, sound decisions to resolve customer issues
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Close vision, color vision, and depth perception required
- Proficient use of computers, handheld devices, and cash registers

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using electronic devices and retail systems

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service areas
- Meet daily sales goals and promote Macy's loyalty program
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service
- Use retail systems proficiently to complete transactions efficiently
- Ensure timely curbside delivery and proper handling of customer orders
