Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance
- Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and process order pickups efficiently
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the At Your Service area and sales floor
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and assist customers with credit account applications
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and store objectives
- Use electronic systems to complete sales transactions and customer service tasks
