Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- previous retail or customer service experience highly desirable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work environment
- proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- customer-first mindset with a passion for sales and hospitality
- team-oriented with problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- greet and welcome customers with genuine hospitality
- assist customers with buy online pickup in store (BOPS) orders, merchandise returns, and order pickups
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pickup and return areas
- proficiently operate systems required to complete transactions
- help achieve daily sales goals by promoting Macy's Loyalty program and opening credit accounts
- support teammates and foster a collaborative work environment
- ensure a positive customer experience by sharing product knowledge and store promotions
