Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- Maintain clean and organized service and pick-up areas
- Meet daily sales goals and promote Macy's Loyalty program
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Support department goals and contribute to an inviting shopping experience
