Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Capacity to make prompt decisions to meet customer needs
- Ability to meet daily sales goals
- Comfortable with teamwork and independent work
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching above eye level
- Capable of using computers and technology including handheld equipment and cash registers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Comfortable using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and make eye contact
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- Maintain an organized and clean At Your Service area
- Complete timely order pickups and curbside deliveries
- Share Macy's Loyalty program benefits and promote credit accounts
- Collaborate with teammates to support store goals and customer service
- Keep the shopping area tidy and welcoming for customers
