Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide personalized service
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- maintain and organize the At Your Service area and pickup/return spaces
- ensure timely and accurate completion of order pickups including curbside delivery
- meet daily sales goals and promote Macy’s loyalty program benefits
- support team members through honest and collaborative communication
- maintain a clean and inviting shopping environment
