Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in personal conversations
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders and merchandise returns
- Manage transaction processing using store systems proficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and pickup areas
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and facilitate credit account applications
- Meet daily sales goals and support team objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
