Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with genuine hospitality
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions
- Manage merchandise returns and order pickups
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting service and pickup areas
- Communicate effectively to support customer needs and resolve issues
- Promote Macy's loyalty program and acquire new customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding service
