Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in personal conversations
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and merchandise returns
- Operate transaction systems proficiently to complete all purchases and pickups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pickup and return areas
- Support timely processing and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and assist customers with credit account openings
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive team environment and meet daily sales goals
