Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- Capable of making prompt and sound decisions to address customer needs
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to operate handheld equipment and process register transactions

- Experience in customer service or retail preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build personal connections
- Process Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions efficiently
- Handle merchandise returns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area
- Assist customers in total store fulfillment using all necessary systems
- Promote Macy's loyalty programs and help acquire new customers
- Support team members and contribute to achieving sales goals
