Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and engage in personal conversations to build relationships
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- maintain an organized and clean At Your Service area
- operate register systems efficiently to complete transactions
- recover and organize merchandise in pickup and return areas
- promote Macy's Loyalty program and assist customers in opening credit accounts
- collaborate with team members to support store operations and sales goals
