Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders
- Process merchandise returns and pickups efficiently using all necessary systems
- Maintain clean and organized At Your Service and pickup areas
- Share Macy's Loyalty program benefits and promote store sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- Handle register transactions and operate electronic devices
