Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and merchandise returns
- Complete transactions efficiently using all necessary systems
- Maintain an organized and clean pickup and return area
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers with credit account applications
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store fulfillment and service standards
- Ensure timely curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- Help maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise
