Job Duties
- greet customers and provide genuine hospitality
- assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming At Your Service area
- support total store fulfillment and ensure friction-free order pick-ups
- promote Macy's Loyalty program and achieve daily sales goals
- collaborate with teammates to support customers and store operations
- adapt to varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
