Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
- frequent use of computers and register systems to process transactions
- must be customer-oriented and able to make prompt, sound decisions in real time
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- basic proficiency with computers and handheld electronic devices
- strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet customers with warmth and genuine hospitality
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders, merchandise returns, and order pickups
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area
- achieve daily sales goals and promote Macy's loyalty program
- use electronic systems proficiently to complete transactions
- support teammates through collaboration and positive communication
- ensure a friction-free and pleasant customer pick-up experience
