Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- ability to make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs
- comfort with electronic devices and cash register operations
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs
- able to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Greet customers and teammates warmly
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions
- process merchandise returns and order pickups
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area
- meet and strive to exceed daily sales goals
- promote Macy’s Loyalty program and open credit accounts
- collaborate and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
