Job Requirements

  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
  • Ability to visually check work, work area, and hotel space
  • Minimum lifting of 30 pounds
  • Knowledge of English and local language
  • Ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates
  • Ability to handle conflict situations in a professional manner
  • Be well groomed and conform to the hotel’s dress code

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest interactions professionally
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of English and local language

Job Duties

  • Answer calls promptly and courteously
  • Record guest requests accurately
  • Coordinate responses to guest issues
  • Follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Offer additional services proactively
  • Exhibit courteous hospitality at all times
  • Maintain communication with managers and associates
