Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- minimum of 3 years experience in higher education or non-profit organization in alumni engagement, volunteer management, and event planning or 5+ years experience/training in alumni engagement, sales, or marketing
- ability to multi-task and handle heavy workloads
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work with diverse groups including healthcare professionals, community leaders, and students
- willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
- must successfully pass a background check prior to employment
Job Qualifications

- proficiency in CRM systems such as Raiser's Edge
- excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills

- adaptability and good judgment
- willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
- preferred Master's degree with five or more years of alumni engagement experience
Job Duties
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key alumni events, including Alumni Weekend
- manage logistics such as vendor coordination, volunteer support, communications, budget, and post event follow-up
- act as the main liaison for alumni engagement within specific colleges and schools, building and nurturing faculty relationships
- oversee alumni receptions and develop new event initiatives, securing sponsorships
- track, analyze, and report on alumni engagement metrics to measure impact and support strategic decisions
- utilize CRM systems like Raiser’s Edge to manage alumni data and interactions ensuring data integrity
- collaborate on the development and implementation of alumni programs and conduct travel as needed to support engagement efforts
