Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- minimum one year retail experience
- at least six months of supervisory experience preferred
- ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel
- capability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and up to 55 pounds occasionally
- ability to occasionally climb using a step ladder
- comfort working in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise
- willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- must have reliable transportation
- availability for occasional driving to bank, meetings, and other stores

Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service leadership
- greet and assist customers
- operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases
- open and close the store a minimum of two days per week
- assist Store Manager with scheduling employees
- provide employee training
- conduct safety meetings
- ensure compliance with company policies
- manage merchandise including receiving, unpacking, stocking, restocking, rotating, and displaying
- maintain accurate inventory levels by controlling damages and markdowns
- implement and maintain planograms
- ensure merchandise presentation standards
- assist in financial integrity with cashier accountability, key and cash control
- authorize refunds and overrides
- count register tills
- prepare bank deposits
- manage the store in Store Manager's absence
