Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in seafood department or related food retail setting
- leadership experience preferred
- knowledge of seafood handling and storage practices
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties
- coordinate seafood department staff activities to meet operational goals
- manage inventory levels and ensure seafood freshness
- enforce health and safety standards within the department
- train and mentor employees on seafood handling and customer service
- assist the Seafood Manager in daily operational planning
- address customer concerns and provide product knowledge
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the seafood department
