Job Requirements
- Experience with Fast Financials, SMART ordering, SMILE ordering, Lotus CC Mail
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- familiarity with WordPerfect, Windows, and UPTIME systems
- availability to work 10 pm - 6 am shift
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and walk or stand for extended periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- strong leadership and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sanitation operations
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- must read, write and understand the native language effectively
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of machinery related to sanitation operations
- listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skills
- ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply elementary math functions
- ability to work well under time constraints
- maintain friendly and positive customer service demeanor
- adaptability to customer needs
Job Duties
- Schedule employees for daily operations
- train staff on sanitation procedures and standards
- organize and assign tasks within the sanitation department
- ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
- enforce governmental safety and environmental standards
- interview and hire sanitation personnel
- maintain AIB standards throughout the facility
- provide supervisory coverage during supervisor or facility manager absences
- act as liaison between Flowers Bakery and Aramark teams
- lead monthly team meetings and safety meetings
- perform additional duties as assigned by the Facility Manager
