Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant industry
- ServSafe food safety training highly recommended
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to work minimum 40 hours per week with flexible shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices, and HR procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Understanding of profit and loss statements
- Ability to implement policies and procedures
- Skilled in employee development through coaching and counseling
- Commitment to improving customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing
- Ability to supervise others effectively
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
Job Duties
- Assist Restaurant General Manager in employee training
- Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing and prepare weekly schedules
- Help staff during high volume periods
- Administer all paperwork timely
- Analyze profit and loss statements and support sales goals
- Maintain and record accurate inventory
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain operational standards and compliance
- Ensure adherence to federal, state and local laws
- Maintain a clean facility
- Deliver consistent, high quality products
- Perform other duties as assigned
