Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
  • ServSafe food safety training highly recommended

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, available for flexible shifts including weekends
  • Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and operational and human resources procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures
  • Skilled in employee development through coaching and counseling
  • Ability to improve customer satisfaction continuously
  • Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing team members
  • Ability to supervise others effectively
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Assist Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained
  • Assist Restaurant General Manager in maintaining appropriate staffing and preparing weekly schedules
  • Help staff during high volume periods as needed
  • Administer all paperwork in a timely manner
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and assist in meeting established sales plans
  • Maintain and record accurate inventory
  • Understand, enforce and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Assist in maintaining company operations standards and compliance
  • Ensure enforcement of all federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • Maintain a clean facility at all times
  • Deliver consistent, high quality products daily, every shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned
