Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- ServSafe food safety training highly recommended
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, available for flexible shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and operational and human resources procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Ability to implement policies and procedures
- Skilled in employee development through coaching and counseling
- Ability to improve customer satisfaction continuously
- Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing team members
- Ability to supervise others effectively
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
Job Duties
- Assist Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained
- Assist Restaurant General Manager in maintaining appropriate staffing and preparing weekly schedules
- Help staff during high volume periods as needed
- Administer all paperwork in a timely manner
- Analyze profit and loss statements and assist in meeting established sales plans
- Maintain and record accurate inventory
- Understand, enforce and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining company operations standards and compliance
- Ensure enforcement of all federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean facility at all times
- Deliver consistent, high quality products daily, every shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
