Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
  • ServSafe food safety training highly recommended
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends
  • Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and human resources procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures
  • Skilled in coaching, counseling and developing employees
  • Commitment to improving customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing potential team members
  • Ability to supervise others and manage conflict resolution
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Assist restaurant general manager in training all employees
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing and prepare weekly schedules
  • Help staff during high volume periods as needed
  • Administer all paperwork in a timely manner
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and meet established sales plan
  • Maintain and record accurate inventory
  • Enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain all company operations standards and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • Maintain a clean facility at all times
  • Deliver consistent, high quality products daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned
