Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- ServSafe food safety training highly recommended
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends
- Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and human resources procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Ability to implement policies and procedures
- Skilled in coaching, counseling and developing employees
- Commitment to improving customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing potential team members
- Ability to supervise others and manage conflict resolution
- Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
Job Duties
- Assist restaurant general manager in training all employees
- Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing and prepare weekly schedules
- Help staff during high volume periods as needed
- Administer all paperwork in a timely manner
- Analyze profit and loss statements and meet established sales plan
- Maintain and record accurate inventory
- Enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain all company operations standards and compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean facility at all times
- Deliver consistent, high quality products daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
