Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Basic computer skills for budgeting and scheduling
- Ability to supervise and train staff effectively

- Experience in budget and cost control
- Familiarity with liquor and wine selection and pricing strategies
- Ability to evaluate performance and conduct employee discussions
- Proficient in coordinating food production and service timing
Job Duties
- Provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service
- Ensure meals are delivered timely with attention to plating, portion, and temperature
- Develop cost savings and labor retention strategies
- Train staff in service sequence and product knowledge
- Lead service education and daily line-ups
- Headline training programs for servers, bussers, hosts, and bartenders
- Evaluate restaurant service performance daily
- Conduct employee discussions and evaluations
- Coordinate timely food production
- Collaborate with Chef to ensure quality and presentation of food
- Manage selection, pricing, and procurement of liquors and wines
- Assist in creating financial objectives and budgets
- Execute and enhance annual marketing plans
- Focus on cost control in sales and payroll
- Supervise all non-supervisory service employees
- Train on proper customer service practices
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws
