Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- ServSafe food safety training highly recommended
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and operational and HR procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Ability to implement policies and procedures
- Skilled in developing employees through coaching and counseling
- Ability to improve customer satisfaction continuously
- Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing team members
- Ability to supervise others
- Manage conflict resolution
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
Job Duties
- Assist Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained
- Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing and prepare weekly schedules
- Help staff during high volume periods
- Administer paperwork timely
- Analyze profit and loss statements and meet sales plans
- Maintain and record accurate inventory
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain company operations standards and compliance
- Ensure federal, state and local laws and regulations are followed
- Maintain clean facility at all times
- Deliver consistent, high quality products every shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
