Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
  • ServSafe food safety training highly recommended

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and operational and HR procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures
  • Skilled in developing employees through coaching and counseling
  • Ability to improve customer satisfaction continuously
  • Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing team members
  • Ability to supervise others
  • Manage conflict resolution
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Assist Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing and prepare weekly schedules
  • Help staff during high volume periods
  • Administer paperwork timely
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and meet sales plans
  • Maintain and record accurate inventory
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Maintain company operations standards and compliance
  • Ensure federal, state and local laws and regulations are followed
  • Maintain clean facility at all times
  • Deliver consistent, high quality products every shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned
