Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant industry
  • ServSafe food safety training highly recommended

Job Qualifications

  • Have a valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance
  • Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends
  • Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and human resource procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally at all levels
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures
  • Skilled in coaching, counseling and developing employees
  • Committed to improving customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing potential team members
  • Ability to supervise others and manage conflict resolution
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Assist restaurant general manager in ensuring all employees are trained
  • Assist manager in maintaining appropriate staffing and preparing weekly schedules
  • Help staff during high volume periods as needed
  • Administer all paperwork in a timely manner
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and help meet sales plan
  • Maintain and record accurate inventory
  • Understand, enforce and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain all company operations standards and compliance
  • Ensure federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances are practiced and enforced
  • Maintain a clean facility at all times
  • Deliver consistent, high quality products daily every shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned
