Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant industry
  • ServSafe food safety training highly recommended

Job Qualifications

  • Must have valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance
  • must be able to work minimum 40 hours per week including flexible shifts and weekends
  • knowledge of restaurant policies, practices, operational and human resources procedures
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • ability to implement policies and procedures
  • skilled in developing employees by coaching and counseling
  • continuously working to improve customer satisfaction
  • knowledge of recruiting and interviewing potential team members
  • ability to supervise others
  • manage conflict resolution
  • create and maintain positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Assist Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained
  • assist Restaurant General Manager in maintaining appropriate staffing and preparing weekly schedules
  • help staff during high volume periods as needed
  • administer all paperwork timely
  • analyze profit and loss statements and assist in meeting sales plan for unit
  • maintain and record accurate inventory
  • enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • assist in maintaining company operations standards and compliance
  • ensure federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances are practiced and enforced
  • maintain a clean facility at all times
  • deliver consistent high quality products every shift
  • perform other duties as assigned
