Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant industry
  • ServSafe food safety training highly recommended

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to work minimum 40 hours per week including weekends
  • Knowledge of restaurant policies and human resources procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures
  • Skilled in coaching and employee development
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction improvement
  • Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing
  • Ability to supervise and resolve conflicts

Job Duties

  • Assist Restaurant General Manager in employee training
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing and preparing weekly schedules
  • Help staff during high volume periods
  • Administer paperwork timely
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and meet sales goals
  • Maintain and record accurate inventory
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Maintain company operations standards and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Maintain a clean facility
  • Deliver consistent, high quality products
  • Perform other duties as assigned
