Job Duties
- sets up and maintains stock in pastry station
- keeps desserts prepared on daily basis
- rotates and organizes desserts and stock in walk-in and dessert box
- assists with daily production
- helps and assists with club events and the set-up of dessert station
- updates recipe file on all new desserts and plate presentations
- researches new items ongoing
- logs usage and production for all holiday and special events
- maintains quality and cost control
- assists the Executive Pastry Chef with other assigned tasks
