Job Requirements
- Sales or marketing experience is required
- previous management experience preferred
- knowledge and understanding of the timeshare industry helpful
- working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- outgoing and able to converse with customers

Job Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in recruiting and training
- coach and motivate sales associates
- develop sales associates for success and future growth
- maintain appropriate staffing levels according to operating hours
- maintain inventory and order necessary sales collateral
- take over or enter sales to support struggling associates
- ensure cleanliness and compliance with dress code and uniform requirements
- meet or exceed budgetary responsibilities related to leads and sales
- follow company policies and procedures including ethics and compliance
